These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”, “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, website, and offerings (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Mission Weight Loss & Wellness, LLC (“Mission,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including medically supervised weight-loss programs, prescription management, delivery of medications, consultations, and any related content.

By accessing or using the Service — including by clicking “I Agree,” completing any enrollment steps, using any part of the website, or otherwise indicating acceptance — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

1. Definitions

• “Service” includes the Mission Weight Loss & Wellness website (www.missionwlw.com), any mobile or software applications, and all programs, products, and services offered.
• “You” and “your” refer to the individual accessing or using the Service.

Mission provides medically supervised weight-loss support by licensed providers and partners with FDA-regulated pharmacies for medication delivery. Your use of the Service may involve prescription medications such as GLP-1s or Tirzepatide and clinical evaluations.

2. Medical Emergency Notice

Mission’s Service is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or seek in-person medical attention immediately.

3. Acceptance of Terms; Modifications

Your use of the Service is subject to these Terms and all applicable laws. We may modify these Terms at any time in our discretion by posting updated Terms on our Site. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. No Doctor-Patient Relationship With Mission

Mission acts as a facilitator of medical weight-loss services and connections to licensed healthcare providers. Mission is not a healthcare provider, and its staff are not diagnosing or treating medical conditions. You acknowledge that:

• Any clinical care, prescriptions, or medical recommendations are provided by licensed providers, not Mission itself.
• Mission does not control the medical decision-making of third-party providers. Mission may act as a communications or administrative intermediary only.

You should consult your own licensed healthcare provider for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

6. Registration, Payments & Billing

Some parts of the Service require registration and payment. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when enrolling or making purchases. You are responsible for:

• Prompt payment of any subscription or program charges under terms presented at checkout;

Third-party pharmacies, laboratories, and healthcare providers may provide goods or services through the Service. Interactions with these third parties are solely between you and the third party. Mission is not responsible or liable for any third-party products or services.

13. Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” with no warranties of any kind.
• Mission makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Service or that the Service will be error-free.

Mission is not responsible for any loss, liability, cost, or damage that may result from your use of the Service.

14. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL MISSION OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Mission’s total liability will not exceed USD $1,000 (or the maximum permitted by law).

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mission and its officers, directors, affiliates, employees, agents, and partners from any claim arising out of:

• Your violation of these Terms;
• Any inaccuracies or misuse of information you provide.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State in which Mission is headquartered, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration laws (to the extent permitted by law), rather than in court.
